Crafty Wonderland Holiday Show 2010
It’s Crafty Wonderland time again! I will be sharing a booth again with my friend Stephanie. Look for her on Etsy under Pickle Things. We have requested a larger booth this year for all of our fun new pieces, so stop on by to pick up some unique holiday gifts! Crafty Wonderland will be at the Oregon Convention Center on Dec 11th & 12th.
New Holiday Stock
So I’ve been working really hard the past few weeks on some gorgeous new holiday pieces. If you are on the hunt for that special, unique gift for a friend or family member then you should drop into one of the local shops that carries my line- remember most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind! I have dropped into Mabel & Zora, Sweet Jayne and Manifesto this past week to get them well stocked for the holidays. They all have some of my latest, greatest pieces- think sparkling drusy, crystals, and amazing gemstones. Sweet Jayne and Mabel & Zora are also carrying my crystal and freshwater pearl cluster rings, the perfect accent to any party dress!

Trunk Show at Cassidy Jewelry
I will be hosting a trunk show at Cassidy Jewelry from 1-6:00, on Saturday Oct. 9th. Cassidy Jewelry is located at 3562 SE Hawthorne Blvd. They have great jewelry from all over and frequently feature local artist trunk shows on the weekends. POOCH in the Pub
I just donated this beautiful jasper necklace to Project POOCH, for their POOCH in the Pub event. POOCH is a great program that provide opportunities for incarcerated youth and shelter animals. I had the pleasure of volunteering for them a few years back and will be forever touched by their mission, and Joan Dalton’s (Executive Director), commitment to both animals and the youth. She is an amazing woman who believes everyone deserves another chance. The youth learn invaluable skills while training and caring for dogs that would have otherwise been euthanized in a typical shelter environment. Project POOCH runs solely on donations and always use more support. You can help by going to their website to donate: www.pooch.org, or attend their POOCH in the Pub fundraising event. It will take place on Thursday, November 18th, 2010 from 6:30-10:00 pm. The event will be held at the Tiffany Center, 1410 SW Morrison, Portland, OR 97205. Hello to all of the criinoid fans out there. I’ve had a lot of people asking me about criinoids right now. Up in the Air Fashion Show!
So I’ve been fervishly working on some great new pieces for my show at the Hotel Deluxe this Friday, July 9th! The show is sponsored by Crave Portland and will feature a fashion show put on by 9 boutiques, booths with items for sale featuring 17 local designers, and free cocktails- what could be more fun!? Tickets are only $10 and all ticket proceeds will benefit Willamette Riverkeeper. Tickets can be purchased at www.craveportland.com. Doors open at 6 pm- don’t miss it!
Mother’s Day Trunk Show
For those of you still scrambling to find the perfect Mother’s Day gift- look no further! I will be doing a trunk show this Saturday, May 8th, at Little Urbanites. I will be making custom birthstone necklace, the perfect gift for any mom! You will be able to choose from sterling silver or 14k gold-fill chain and whatever gemstones you want to represent your family. Prices will vary dependent on materials used. The show is from 10-1:30, so come early, as I am taking my last order at 1:15.
